Individual / Joint

1. Copy of passport or driver’s licence

2. Copy of a bank statement and utility bill (not mobile phone bill or credit card bill and must be dated within past 3 months)

Please note: all identification must be certified / notarised / translated. Certification can be undertaken by one of the following:

- Qualified Lawyer
- Qualified Notary Public
- Qualified Embassy Official

The certification must be clear, dated and signed 'Original Seen'.

We will also require the contact details (Company Name, Address & Telephone Number) of the person certifying your documentation.

Any identification in a foreign language must be translated / certified / apostilled.

Corporate Account

1. Identification for all Directors (see list above)

2. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation

3. Copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association

4. Copy of the Shareholders List**

5. Copy of the latest Annual Reports & Accounts

**Any shareholder owning more than 20% must also provide identification

Confirmation on headed paper of the authorised traders/signatories

Confirmation of the beneficial owner of company

Please note: however all identification must be certified /notarised / translated. Certification details as above.

Individual / Joint

1. Government issued photo ID (i.e. passport, national ID card, driver's license, etc).

2. Proof of residence (i.e. phone bill, utility bill, must match address on the application.

Corporate Account

1. Certified resolutions of the board of directors

2. Limited liability company resolution (for limited liability business accounts only)

Partnership certification & authorization (for partnership account only)

3. Identification for all directors.

Account Manager Option

If you wish to employ another individual to trade on your behalf, a Limited Power of Attorney Form must be completed indicating the account manager who will be assigned the necessary permissions as the "trading agent."
