You are also subject to corporate actions and dividends. Your positions will be adjusted to reflect the changes. If you are long the CFDs, you will receive dividends. If you are short the CFDs, you will get charged dividends.

Under current tax regulations, the following applies:

Markets	Long	Short
European and US Equities	You receive 85% of the dividend.	You get charged 100% of the dividend.
UK Equities	You receive 90% of the dividend.	You get charged 90% of the dividend.
Note You are responsible for the tax payable. You have no voting rights.
